Aaron Ausland, CCM
CEO, Principal Program+ Construction Manager
Aaron leads Ausland’s long-term strategic planning, and plays an important role in the organization and programming of capital improvement and capital campaign endeavors. Aaron is the only Certified Program/Construction Manager in Southern Oregon and one of just five in Oregon.
Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Oregon State University, majoring in construction engineering management. He minored in business studies.
He is President of Three Rivers School District Foundation, University Liaison for Oregon Chapter of Construction Management Association of America and a member of Rotary International.
Fun Fact: Enjoys cooking interesting ethnic foods and likes to fish.
Kelsy Ausland, PE
President, Principal Engineer
Kelsy leads land development and engineering endeavors while overseeing the daily operations of Ausland Group. She is licensed to practice engineering in Oregon and California and is a LEED-Green Associate.
Kelsy graduated with Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. Kelsy also studied environmental engineering at the University of Nottingham in Great Britain, and studied Spanish in Ecuador. She was recently distinguished by her alma mater with the 2010 Oregon Stater Award for “Outstanding Early Career Achievement.”
Kelsy is Vice-President of the Board of Directors for SOASTC and is on the Board of Directors for Britt Festivals.
Fun Fact: Likes to spend weekends in her Airstream exploring remote places.
Nick Bakke, PE
Civil Engineer
An experienced engineer with a knack for relating to clients, he excels at seeing paths to solutions, and is fun to work with.
Fun Fact: In college he was a PAC-10 Javelin champion.
Tony Bakke, PE
Civil Engineer
A conscientious engineer who is passionate and knowledgeable about utility design. His outstanding relationships with public works departments make him an important part of our team.
Fun Fact: Loves to be outdoors.
Matt Bladek
Project Engineer
He is analytical yet quite creative about new ideas. His diligent focus plays an important role in keeping projects running smoothly.
Fun Fact: Worked in a beet seed factory during college.
Jeanette Blankenship
Administrative Assistant
She’s been running a professional office for over twenty years. Her clockwork-like reliability keeps our team efficient and effective.
Fun Fact: Involved in scouting for over 30 years.
Tara Cote
Executive Assistant
An important part of making our executive team more effective; she is flexible and resourceful.
Fun Fact: She was a DJ during college.
Dan Finch
Associate Project Manager
Exceptionally manages the details that keep complex projects on track. He will not sleep unless everything is in order.

Al Francis

He is passionate about helping people and takes service personally — considering many clients as his closest friends.

Engineer Intern
Exceptionally smart and organized, he is eager to explore our industry. He is a senior at the University of Portland and enjoys his experience working at Ausland.

A natural leader with a driven personality, he takes satisfaction in complex projects and helping others achieve higher levels of accomplishment.
Fun Fact: Served as a Wilderness Trails Program volunteer for troubled youth.
Jim Lambert

A true sage who enjoys sharing his life experiences and mentoring up and coming staff. He lends years of experience to his assignments.

Mike Neron
Associate Project Manager
One of his greatest skills is his tact and patience in dealing with challenging situations and individuals. He is industrious and works tirelessly to ensure that projects run smoothly.

Alan Noble

The consummate “people person.” He loves helping others and excels at bringing out the best in those around him – an outstanding trait in a project leader.

Tina Richardson
Contract Administrator
An outstanding facilitator of technical relationships with trade contractors and vendors. She both enjoys and excels at working with a variety of personalities.

Zack Secrest

He is a diligent and detailed-oriented supervisor who excels with challenging projects. He is a student of the building code and a certified construction inspector.

As the rock behind our financial controls, he sets the standard for outstanding attention to detail and hard work.
