Provide senior level estimating and estimating team management for commercial building and process industrial construction projects.
+BS in construction engineering or other engineering field from an ACCE or ABET accredited program.
+ Ten years or more experience within commercial building or process industrial construction industry.
+ Seven years or more senior level experience cost estimating and estimating team management.
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to prepare detailed, accurate estimates.
+ Prepare accurate schematic estimates at schematic level of design.
+ Prepare accurate assembly estimates at design development level of design.
+ Prepare accurate detailed estimates at construction document (bid) level of design.
+ Review project documents for value engineering opportunities.
+ Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
+ Prepare budget comparisons between previous and current estimates.
+ Perform detailed quantity take-offs and pricing of estimates.
+ Prepare final estimates for presentations to Owners
+ Support Construction Operations with change order pricing
+ Manage and lead workload of estimating team.
+ Assist with business development endeavors.
