Ausland Group is seeking proven business minded Project Managers for both Eugene and Grants Pass, Oregon locations. Applicants must be experienced in commercial construction sector (not SFR). Relevant subsectors include commercial building, heavy civil structures, and process industrial.
At Ausland Project Managers are charged with leading project teams to successful business outcomes while delivering work ahead of schedule, under budget and to the quality of workmanship specified. Project Managers also serve as the Ausland representative with the Owner/Designer/Builder team to achieve successful business outcomes. (full job description is available upon request)
Our offices are located in the SW corner of Oregon -the ideal location combining the warmer/dryer climate of northern California with the beauty and culture Oregon is known for.

Education & Experience:
Any combination of the following ideal education and experience deemed equivalent may be considered:
+ BS degree in construction management or civil engineering from an ACCE or ABET accredited institution, and
+ at least five years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management. (target 10+)
Certificates & Licenses:
+ Valid driver’s license and reasonable driving record
+ 30-hour OSHA training (within six months of hire)
+ LEED AP or LEED training (encouraged but not mandatory)
+ BIM training is encouraged (encouraged but not mandatory)
+ Strong project level supervisory and leadership skills.
+ Proficiency with typical industry software, such as:
- Sage Timberline
- Primavera Scheduling Software
- Microsoft Office Suite
+ Ability to type/key a minimum of thirty (30) words per minute.
+ Proficiency in business English
