When Bill Ausland, PE, founded Ausland-Dodson Engineering and Surveying, the firm quickly built a reputation for integrity and ingenuity and became the premiere engineering and construction service provider throughout the region.

Now led by Aaron Ausland, CCM and Kelsy Ausland, PE, Ausland Group offers comprehensive capital improvement expertise for public and private clients throughout the greater Pacific Northwest. Aaron and Kelsy embrace the founding spirit as they guide Ausland into a modern, technically adept firm that enjoys some of the region’s most rewarding projects.
