When Bill Ausland, PE, founded Ausland-Dodson Engineering and Surveying, the firm quickly built a reputation for integrity and ingenuity becoming the premiere engineering and construction firm throughout the region.

Three generations later

Ausland Group, founded in 2002 by Aaron Ausland, CCM, and Kelsy Ausland, PE, builds off the legacy and reputation established over the generations and offers comprehensive capital improvement expertise for public and private clients throughout the West. The team Aaron and Kelsy have created embraces the founding spirit as they guide Ausland Group into a modern, technically adept firm that enjoys some of the region’s most rewarding projects.
