Program + Construction Management

PROGRAM + CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

With the increased specialization of design and construction, properly managing capital improvement projects has become complex and time consuming. As a result, many owners are simply too busy or lack the necessary experience and controls to manage their projects.

The missing link

Program Management is a distinct discipline; separate from design and construction, which lends oversight and innovation to the planning, design and construction of projects.

In short, it means clearly defining project objectives, putting the right people in the right places, and keeping them in the right frame of mind to ensure a predictable and successful outcome.
