Kelsy leads land development and engineering endeavors while overseeing the daily operations of Ausland Group. She is a licensed engineer in Oregon and California and is a LEED-green associate.
Kelsy has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University. Kelsy also studied environmental engineering at the University of Nottingham in Great Britain, and Spanish in Ecuador. She was distinguished by her alma mater with the 2010 Oregon Stater Award for “Outstanding Early Career Achievement.”
Kelsy enjoys volunteering for many local community non-profits, including Britt Festivals, where she is on the board of directors.
Kelsy likes to spend weekends at her cabin exploring remote parts of the Rogue River and Illinois River wilderness.
