Robert brings over 25 years of expertise to the construction industry, having worked on a wide range of commercial projects, including hospitals, schools, federal buildings, and city infrastructure. Starting his career in 1997 as an Apprentice Carpenter, he has progressed through roles as Carpenter, Foreman, General Foreman, and now Superintendent.
Known for his calm demeanor and collaborative approach, Robert is a problem-solver who listens carefully, communicates effectively, and develops actionable plans to address challenges on-site. He fosters strong relationships with field teams, owners, and design partners to deliver innovative solutions and ensure project success.
An avid outdoorsman, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, coaching football, and cheering on the Ducks at athletic events.
