A sensitive historic restoration of the tabernacle and blacksmith shop at the Rogue River Ranch National Historic Site. It is located in the Rogue River Canyon in Southern Oregon and is an isolated property surrounded by the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest.
The project consisted of a complete restoration to the wood framed structures that were in a state of serious neglect and required delicate care to preserve the structures (preventing collapse) during the extensive renovation. Carpenters realigned the structural walls, and carefully removed and refinished old paneling.
