The Hunt for a Home

A flourishing healthcare organization, AllCare was at capacity in its four buildings, and desperately needed a campus of its own to serve its customers and call home.  Ausland set a plan in motion to deliver on their wishes to stay local, have ample capacity for growth, and be highly accessible to the people they serve.

After helping AllCare cultivate and define its vision, Ausland vetted development opportunities and assisted with land purchases. Ausland then lead various design and regulatory approval activities, such as, development of site plans, topography, variances, zone change, traffic studies, utility and site design, building design, permitting, procurement, construction, and occupancy.

Where there once was a used car lot, now there is AllCare’s flagship building, a facility that has become the cornerstone of providing medical services in Southern Oregon.
