A $12 Million renovation and expansion at Southern Oregon University is transforming an aging theatre into a modern Center for the Performing Arts and new headquarters for Jefferson Public Radio. For years, the project was plagued by budget and design challenges. Ausland was retained in 2017 to take over the project as CM-GC, and successfully value-engineered the project into budget. The project is now scheduled for opening during the 2017-2018 academic year.
