As construction manager, Ausland led the development from design through occupancy for a 40,000-square-foot joint facility serving Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Forest Service regional offices. Project included facilities for over 300 staff, advanced security and IT infrastructure, secure evidence storage, fleet maintenance facilities, and special wild land firefighting staff and equipment accommodations.
