First Community Credit Union Rogue River

Ausland Group designed and built this new bank branch for First Community Credit Union, performing all of the architecture, civil and structural engineering, and construction from the ground up.

This 3,700-square-foot new bank branch was designed to be a signature facility with high quality finishes, state of the art technology, and drive-thru customer convenience.  Construction was procured by guaranteed maximum price (GMP), and on a tight timeline to accommodate FCCU’s need to relocate staff from an expiring leased branch nearby.

This new branch now proudly operates within the Rogue River area and serves as a thematic model for future FCCU branches in similar sized communities.
