Samaritan Pacific Community Hospital Emergency Intake Renovation
This project included a 15,000-square -foot expansion and renovation of an emergency intake and treatment facility. Continuing patient care in the existing adjacent emergency facilities was a critical concern during construction.

OK Corral Restaurant
Jet boat excursions on the Rogue River brings thousands of visitors each year to this historic icon. The 14,000-square-foot facility features log construction reminiscent of historic Cascadian lodges. BLM/USFS Joint Office Facility
As construction manager, Ausland led the development from design through occupancy for a 40,000-square-foot joint facility serving Bureau of Land Management and U.S. Forest Service regional offices. Project included facilities for over 300 staff, advanced security and IT infrastructure, secure evidence storage, fleet maintenance facilities, and special wild land firefighting staff and equipment accommodations.

The Center for Esthetic Dentistry
Ausland teamed up with the developer early in the process to facilitate land acquisition through tenant occupancy. The building is a 7,500-square-foot, 15-operatory dental clinic serving two complete dental practices. Cascadian lodge styling, the project won a beautification award from City of Grants Pass.
