Bill has a Master of Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Architecture from Roger Williams College. Originally from Rhode Island, Bill has lived in Oregon for more than 20 years. He has experience in a wide range of commercial and institutional projects including an extensive healthcare portfolio. Bill is committed to the ideal of problem solving through design.
