Derek Shively

Originally from Chula Vista, California, Derek spent much of his childhood in Hawaii, where he attended elementary school, high school, and some college before relocating to Oregon in the early 2000s. With more than 20 years of construction experience, Derek has worked on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects, including schools, libraries, medical facilities, restaurant and bar remodels, tenant improvements, lumber mill facilities, and high-end custom homes.

Derek enjoys the variety and challenges that each project brings and values strong communication, teamwork, and quality craftsmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys riding motorcycles, restoring classic trucks, skydiving, and spending time with family.
