Ashland, Oregon – The new 28,000 sq ft Caldera Brewery is rising out of the ground this week, as crews work 50 feet in the air erecting the steel structure.  The new facility for the award-winning brew incorporates a brewery, distillery, soda pop production, cold-storage, and tasting room with outdoor seating featuring amazing views of Grizzly Peak.  Ausland Group will have the brewery ready for full-production in Summer 2012.
